Our Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with Portly. If you're not satisfied, we offer a full refund within 7 days of your payment date — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
- Email us at mohamed.n.naas@gmail.com within 7 days of your payment.
- Include your account email and payment details (date and amount).
- We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refund Method
Payments are made in USDT (a cryptocurrency) on the Polygon network. Crypto transactions themselves cannot be reversed, so refunds are processed manually by us: we send the refunded amount in USDT to a Polygon wallet address you provide.
After a Refund
After a refund is issued, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. Your data and portals will remain accessible but limited to 1 active portal. Downloading or printing your invoices as PDFs remains available on all plans, including Free.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available after 7 days from the payment date, or for accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service.
